Project Brief

The Pickle & Chill facility presented a unique architectural challenge: a massive, high-energy indoor space that is difficult to capture with traditional ground-based photography. Static shots often fail to convey the true scale of the courts or the vibrant atmosphere created by the custom mural work and active play. My objective was to create a flagship one-take FPV tour that serves as a digital walkthrough for potential members and event organizers.

Solution

Using specialized cinematic drone gear giving me the ability to fly near people, I navigated through the facility to showcase the scale, flow, and layout in a way that feels immersive rather than observational. By flying where cameras cannot walk, I was able to transition seamlessly from wide overviews of the courts to tight, dynamic passes near the action, providing a high-energy perspective. This video ensures that stakeholders see exactly what it feels like to be inside the space, solving the pain point of the fear of the unkown.
